Bomer started his acting career in 2000 when he appeared in an episode of a TV series named, ‘All My Children’. Later, he played the role of Ben Reade on daytime TV soap opera ‘Guiding Light’ from 2001 to 2003. After that, he portrayed the role of Luc Johnston on the show titled ‘True Calling’. In 2004, he appeared on ‘North Shore’.
The following year, he made his debut on the big screen through the movie ‘Flightplan’. In 2006, he got another opportunity to work on “The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning”.
