Tanisha Thomas’s on and off Relationship with Boyfriend Carey St. Hilaire

Tanisha Thomas’s on and off Relationship with Boyfriend Carey St. Hilaire

Tanisha Thomas was 22 years old when she first appeared on television as a cast member on Oxygen’s Bad Girls Club in 2008.

She was rowdy, impolite, crazy, and always embroiled in drama with her castmates back then.

A trip to jail, which was featured on the show, however, transformed the plus-sized diva’s perspective on life.

With her humorous, larger-than-life demeanor, she rapidly became a fan favorite on the show.

She gradually worked her way up to presenting the show’s reunion specials and the dating competition show Love Games: Bad Girls Need Love Too, thanks to her new viewpoint.

She’s made a successful career out of appearing on reality shows since then.

Tanisha Gets Married, a solo docu-series on her life with her ex-husband Clive Murr, was also a hit.

The First Marriage of Thomas

In December 2011, Thomas and Murr married in front of the cameras, and the ceremony was televised in June 2012 in an episode titled “Possibly Ever After.”

With Thomas and his then-husband Murr’s continuous arguing, their marriage seemed doomed from the start.

Thomas appeared on HOT97 three months after their wedding in 2012 and spilled the beans about her marriage.

She revealed that, despite the fact that she and Muir were still legally married, they had stopped living together after just over a month as husband and wife.

When asked about her marriage, Thomas said that her dreams of a fairy tale wedding were quickly destroyed.

Two years later, the two rekindled their romance and gave love another opportunity.

To make their marriage work, the pair attended yet another reality show, Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars. However, they continued to battle until they had lost all hope and had no choice but to divorce by the conclusion of the season.

Restarting Your Relationship

Thomas announced that she and her then-boyfriend, Carey St. Hilaire, were expecting a child on her Instagram account in October 2017.

A few months later, the new mother announced the birth of their son, Aiden, on Instagram.

The pair got engaged just a month after the baby was born.

However, by December 2020, according to MadameNoire, Thomas had revealed on Instagram that her relationship with fiancé Carey St. Hilaire had suffered as a result of COVID.

The announcement has already been removed from the site.

In the comments portion of the post, the reality star expressed confidence that he will return to her.

It’s unclear if they reconciled, but her fiancé posted a PDA-filled selfie of the two on May 20. Thomas, on the other hand, shows no evidence of her relationship on her Instagram profile.

Only time will tell if the couple makes it to the altar.
