Later, he discussed the various pathways that he had taken. Finally, he claimed that LGBT people should not be treated in the same manner as he was.

Mike Bayer’s Orientation has sparked a lot of speculation.

On December 26, 2017, Bayer uploaded a photo with NFL insider Jay Glazer, which sparked curiosity about his orientation. He had written a statement below the photo in which he initially wished Glazer a happy birthday and used the hashtag bromance.

Similarly, when he made a new post on June 8, 2018, the rumor mill was stoked again. He was seen posing in front of an LGBTQ flag in the snap. He stated in the caption that he was stepping outside his house to fetch a coffee when he was met with LGBTQ pride.

Apart from these two incidents, others have openly questioned his sexual orientation. On January 8, 2020, he was featured on Gay & Sober (G&S) Talks, which was one such incident.

Furthermore, on December 10, 2020, when the life coach shared an old photo with a lady, an Instagram user named frostysher17 remarked in the comments section, “Is Dr. Mike gay?”

Mike Bayer’s sexuality has piqued the interest of his fans.

Bayer simply stated that he is not a doctor in response to the remark.

Another Instagram user, justvisiting7, responded to frostysher17 by saying that while Bayer is not a doctor, she was correct in her assessment of his being gay.
