Stand-up comedian Kevin Hodge, the one-half of “The Hodgetwins,” along with his identical twin, Keith, is a highly secretive guy.

Though acquiring a lot of celebrity through his humor and fitness videos, Kevin is hardly seen talking about his family, wife, and children.

Kevin Has Been Married for Almost Two Decades

The American YouTube sensation Kevin is a happily married man — and as of now, they have been a married couple for two decades.

It is known that his wife is of Mexican descent, but other details regarding the comedian’s wife remain unclear, including her name.

That being said, Kevin has been a very caring husband who never misses a chance to compliment his wife on particular occasions [without exposing her identity].

For instance, on the occasion of Father’s Day, on June 18, 2017, Kevin, alongside his twin brother Keith, uploaded a composite image of them with their wives and thanked them for being both father and mother while they are away on business.

When Kevin was asked what is his secret to his long marriage during an interview with LA Weekly magazine in June 2016, he said that it was “simply communication.”

“…you have a lot of ups and downs. It’s just a matter of sitting down and, y’know, getting through stuff,” Kevin added.

Hailing from Martinsville, Virginia, Kevin was born on September 17, 1975, as Kevin N. Hodge. Though there is not much information disclosed about his parents, it is known that his mother was a twin herself.

Unfortunately, his mother died on September 16, 2013.

Kevin has three siblings: an older sister named Rosalyn Hodge Kidd, an older brother, and a twin brother named Keith Hodge, in addition to his parents.

Furthermore, it is known that, after spending several years making videos for their followers, Kevin and Keith are now entering the broader arena and will be appearing in television and film projects in the near future.

The Children of the Hodgertwins’ Cousins Came Perilously Close to Death

Because the Hodgertwins’ cousin’s name is similarly Keith Hodge, many of their fans were concerned when their cousin’s step-children were injured in a road-rage shooting in April 2019, assuming it was the YouTuber Keith’s kids.

Kevin Hodgertwin’s children, however, were not involved in the incident.

As a result, the Hodgertwins stepped up to assist their cousin Keith in raising finances for the treatment of his step-children by soliciting donations via social media.

Their desire was granted, as numerous contributors provided financial assistance to their cousin’s children. Michael Dove of Arkansas, James MacKenzie of Scotland, and Alicia Mumm of Jacksonville, for example, told the Martinsville Bulletin via chat messaging that they had been following the Hodgetwins and had merely reacted to their call for assistance.
