The Minnesota native is a familiar face to NHL and MLB network viewers, as she presently works as a studio presenter and reporter for both networks. Her move to FOX Sports in 2013 marked a turning point in her career, as she covered Minnesota Twins, Wild, and Gopher Hockey baseball and hockey competitions. For more than two years, she worked for FOX Sports as a studio host and sideline reporter.
In September 2015, Jamie contributed to her professional skills by taking a second job with the Big Ten Network as a football and hockey reporter.
She has been anchoring numerous sports shows in the NHL and MLB networks since 2015 and 2016, respectively.
Aside from these two shows, Jamie also hosts NHL Tonight, which he does on a limited basis but periodically, and supplements with game analysis and player interviews.
The 31-year-old sportscaster is held in the palm of her hand by her spouse, with whom she has been married since 2006.

Jamie is married to Matt Burkhard, whom she married on June 15, 2012, and they have two children. Matt holds a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from the University of Southern California.
