Christina Aguilera, a famous songwriter, is the mother of two children from two separate men. Jordan Bratman, her ex-husband, and she have a son together.
When Aguilera was 21, she met Bratman and found all of her stability, love, and safety in him. On November 19, 2005, she married the record producer after following her love.
They exchanged vows in front of 150 guests in a $2 million wedding ceremony in Napa Valley, California.
However, the couple’s marriage did not survive the test of time, and they divorced in 2010. The ‘Genie in a Bottle singer stated months before the divorce was formalized in 2011 that the split was necessary.

Aguilera moved on from her ex-husband and began dating guitarist Matthew Rutler. She met him as her assistant on the film Burlesque and instantly bonded with him. The couple got engaged on Valentine’s Day in 2014. They had their daughter a few months later.
Aguilera’s children are 6 years apart in age.
On January 14, 2008, Aguilera gave birth to her son Max Liron Bratman, and on August 18, 2014, she gave birth to her daughter Summer Rain Rutler. The mother-of-two has kept her fans and following updated on motherhood and her children since their arrival.
The 40-year-old shared a photo of herself and her son on Instagram in June 2020, writing, “Congratulations to my graduation! My darling, I am so proud of you!”
Then, on Summer’s 7th birthday in 2021, she wrote her daughter a heartfelt greeting, writing, “Happy 7th birthday my sweet, thoughtful, humorous, creative, spiritual, vibrant spirit.”
The musician commented on how time was flying by in a photo with her daughter. “But every year I’m in amazement of the lovely human you are and continue to grow to be!” she continued, before going on to say that the 7-year-old has inspired her to see the world in a different light.
In a blended family, Aguilera lives with her fiancé and both of her children. Her ex-husband, who paid a visit and assisted in the cutting of a cake on Max’s 12th birthday in 2020, has been equally co-parenting her son.

In a 2019 interview with Haute Living, Aguilera admitted that being a mother changed her life drastically.
Though she had lived her life as an ambitious young woman, always focused on herself and her work, it was no longer about her after she gave birth to her children. “To be honest, I couldn’t wait for it. I was a very young mother at the time “Aguilera went on to say how grateful she was to have her children.
The New York native continued, “I was able to play and be able to impart and foster their imagination” with her children. They also taught her patience and everything she needed to know about herself, she said.
“They teach me so much, and they push me to be better all the time,” the singer said before indicating that all she did was for her children.
