In an exclusive interview with Daily Mail in 2019, the brunette bombshell revealed how she maintains her beautiful curves.

Managing one’s diet was the best way ahead, whether it was for keeping one’s body or losing weight, according to Jefferies.

But it wasn’t just about losing weight. Instead, Justin Bieber’s lovely ex-girlfriend urged that good eating habits be incorporated into one’s lifestyle.

She admitted that she ate “quite healthy but not really dieting” for herself.

Her body’s resistance to certain foods had helped her stick to her diet plan to some extent. She told the publication:

She also stated that she avoided sugar as much as possible. She couldn’t eat dairy or gluten because she was intolerant to both. She had a post-meal regimen as well.

“Whenever I’m at home, whenever I finish a heavy meal,” she confessed, “I want to go for a long walk.”

“Anyway, it’s good to digest your food and cleanse your mind.”

Chantel Jeffries Disclosed Her Diet Plan

That wasn’t the first time the siren had mentioned her healthy lifestyle. She shared a handful of pages from her notebook where she outlined a diet plan on Twitter on November 6, 2018.

She made it for a buddy but decided to share it with her followers in case they could use it, as she disclosed in the captions. A list of foods to eat more of, eat in moderation, and actively avoid was given in the plan.

The second photo in the tweet depicted Jeffries’ typical breakfast, lunch, and dinner. All of the suggestions from the previous list were combined into a series of healthy meal combinations on the menu.

Workout Advice from Chantel Jeffries

Even before that, the DJ posted a video on her YouTube page in which she gave her fans workout and diet advice.

Cycling, hiking, swimming, and rollerskating were among the workout regimens posted by the YouTuber, who has over a million subscribers as of this writing.

Having a range of workout programs to follow apparently keeps one motivated.

Another suggestion she made was to locate a workout partner, with the requirement being that they are just as committed to sticking to the schedule as you are.

The partners may then work together to keep each other motivated when one of them was feeling sad.

Jefferies also advised viewers to consider their workout routine when selecting clothing. Furthermore, the attire should be appropriate for the type of activity planned for that day.

Finally, she encouraged viewers to develop a home workout routine for days when they are unable to go to the gym or must travel. Naturally, staying hydrated was a must.
