Belle’s ‘Southern Charm’ details The Weight-Loss Program of Madison LeCroyBelle’s ‘Southern Charm’ details The Weight-Loss Program of Madison LeCroy

Madison LeCroy is reality television’s resident fitness freak, admitting to being fascinated with fitness on several occasions.

The Southern Charm star recently made headlines after announcing that she will begin a 30-day clean-eating plan in 2021, though not necessarily for weight loss.

She went on a month-long diet of vegetables, proteins, and healthy fats, avoiding dairy, alcohol, and artificial sugars, according to her Instagram.

On a High Note to Begin the Year

On New Year’s Day, LeCroy posted a mirror selfie from the gym, which kicked off her Whole30 highlight on Instagram.

“This is the first day. There will be no alcohol, carbohydrates, or sweets on this diet. There are just 29 days remaining “She drew attention to the highlight by writing a caption.

The fridge was then stocked with healthful foods such as eggs, greens, veggies, and fruits, which allowed her to stick to her natural carb and sugar intake while avoiding the artificial.

She also demonstrated how she typically ate lunch and dinner. That particular dinner had tuna on a bed of lettuce with lemon chicken and broccoli as a protein source.

Madison LeCroy’s weight-loss methods have been criticized.

Despite the fact that her diet shift was intended to help her live a better lifestyle, netizens were not impressed with her decision. LeCroy later claimed that she has been receiving a lot of harsh messages on Instagram as a result of her decision in a later update.

She went on to say that she wasn’t eliminating all carbohydrates and sugars from her diet. Instead, she changed her diet to avoid processed sugars and carbohydrates found in milkshakes, slice bread, and even sandwiches.

Not only that but her use of a plastic bottle was chastised.

Later in the same development, she posted photos of her healthy meals and claimed that she went to bed early to avoid unhealthy urges.

It Was a Difficult Diet

Dieting, she later revealed to Bravo Insider, was not as simple as her social media posts made it appear.

Despite this, she was able to maintain her diet. Drinking juice in the mornings became a habit for her. She used celery juice for her skin, despite the fact that there was no hard and fast rule.

Aside from that, she didn’t eat in a particularly consistent manner. She admitted to eating whatever she could get her hands on while being conscious of her choices.

The diet was, of course, only part of the story. Her workouts were also highly important to the reality star.

According to Bravo, LeCroy tried to work out at least four times a week, and the workouts were borderline therapeutic for him.

Her competitive personality encouraged her to do more than she would on her own, therefore she often attended group lessons.
