Jimmy Fortune, who is well-known for playing tenor for the musical group The Statler Brothers, has been enjoying his over two-decade-long marriage to Nina Fortune.

In 1998, Jimmy Fortune and his wife Nina were wed.

Jimmy and Nina have been married since October 10, 1998.

The couple concluded their 22nd wedding anniversary in October 2020. But in 2019, the married couple received a number of incorrect 21st anniversary greetings.

Reminding his myriad of followers that the couple’s anniversary is on October 10, Jimmy wrote, “Nina and I have received numerous anniversary greetings today. The 10th of October will mark our 21st wedding anniversary.

Nina is quite active in promoting her husband’s recent performances. Recently, on December 17, 2020, she announced on the country singer’s official website a Virtual Christmas Show with Jimmy Fortune & Friends.

Jimmy was twice divorced.

Even though the country music vocalist has been married for 22 years, he was once hopeless about his personal life after experiencing two divorces.

And despite his difficulties with his first two spouses, the musician never really disclosed details about their relationships in public. In fact, the identities of his wives and any information regarding his two marriages are completely concealed.

Jimmy revealed in a February 2020 interview with Cornerstone Television Network that 1993 was a difficult year for him for many reasons, including a “pretty painful divorce.”

Although he does not disclose any further information, the Elizabeth singer has children from previous marriages. Again, it is unknown precisely how many children he had with each of them.

According to Reference, Jimmy welcomed four children with his second wife.

He Has Seven Children and Eleven Grandchildren Altogether

Jimmy disclosed in an interview with Cowboys & Indians magazine in September 2019 that he was the father of seven children and eleven grandchildren from his three marriages.

Three daughters, Jessica, Meghann, and Cortney, and four sons, Grant, Chris, Matthew, and Jimmy Fortune Jr., comprise his seven children.However, [as with the majority of his private life details] it is again unknown from whom they were born.

The renowned singer also expressed regret in the interview for not being able to spend more time with them due to his time “on the road with the Statler Brothers.”

In the second half of his life, however, the Virginia-based artist has been devoting more time to his family.
