Malu Trevejo was ostracized.

However, as soon as the news became public, Scott’s followers began posting hateful comments and postings across all social media sites. While many questioned her involvement with Scott and his record label, some hinted that they didn’t want the TikTok star rapping for Scott.

“What could she possibly do for Travis bro,” one person wrote in response to Rap’s congratulations message on RAPTV’s official Instagram account.

Someone commented on Shade & Tea Room’s Instagram photo, “They truly signed her she genuinely can’t sing or rap.” “We don’t want her,” “She’s a rapper?” and “What does she do?” were among the other comments left on the page.

Responds to Hateful Remarks

Trevejo’s initial announcement of the news to her followers was met with hundreds of negative comments, prompting the singer to erase the post.

She did, however, use her Instagram stories to address the backlash, saying in one that she was not even looking at the comments.

She noted in her articles, “I already understand how the haters are going to be… that’s why I ain’t even going to look.”

She also uploaded a screenshot of a chat she had with a netizen, in which they said she doesn’t care what other people think.

“They’re already going off on me,” she said in response. “It’s just so terrible how many people despise facts,” she added.

On Her Birthday, I’ll Make an Announcement

Trevejo made the big announcement of her signing to Scott’s Cactus Jack Records on her 19th birthday, and despite the initial backlash, she made sure she had a memorable celebration.

Scott, Snoop Dogg, Rome Flynn, Young M.A, Alabama Luella Barker, BlasianBabyLola, and Josh Levi were among the celebrities who attended the party, which was held in Miami.

Dogg, the renowned rapper, wore a burgundy Def Jam Recordings letterman jacket and a beanie cap, as well as blue tracksuit trousers and a matching jacket underneath his coat, to the event.

Trevejo shared some glamorous photos and video clips from his birthday night on Instagram on October 16, claiming that it was “the best birthday.”

She was seen having a cigarette with Dogg in the first video clip, while she and Young M.A sang together in the second.

A photo of a handful of her buddies posing with a hand full of cash with the singer in the backdrop was just a few swipes away. She and her friend were sharing a private time.

CONTENT X remarked on the post, “What a night to be alive #HBD.” “Anyone would dream for this,” said another. “You deserve it.”

Trevejo was the subject of yet another issue in early September when FBI agents knocked on her door. A complaint had been lodged against her for allegedly uttering death threats to Yolanda Saldivar.
