Paige Hurd, who portrayed Lauren Baldwin in Power Book II: Ghost, is gaining recognition.She portrays a devoted student who has recently enrolled at Stansfield University, where she encounters Tariq St. Patrick (played by Michael Rainey Jr.). Tariq, the son of infamous New York mobster James “Ghost” St. Patrick (portrayed by Omari Hardwick), is the protagonist of the series.
The series is a Starz spinoff of Power, which received acclaim for its tenacious and rapid-fire depiction of the New York underground criminal scene.
