Denzel Hayes Washington Jr. aka Denzel Washington was born on 28th December 1954 Mount Vernon, New York, the United States to his father, Denzel Hayes Washington Sr. and mother, Lennis “Lynne”. His father was an ordained Pentecostal minister and an employee of the New York City Water Department.
His mother was a beauty parlor owner and operator. By nationality, he is an American and belongs to the ethnicity of Black. As of 2019, He is 64 years old (soon to be 65 this Dec 2019).
Talking about his education, he attended Pennington-Grimes Elementary School in Mount Vernon. After that, he joined Oakland Military Academy in New Windsor and then Mainland High School in Florida.
