She has rarely spoken publicly about her ex-husband Luke Harding. During an interview with the Chicago Splash, one of those rare occasions occurred.

Harding was a State Farm insurance agent who met on Match.com in 2011 and married a year later, according to the outlet during the 2014 tell-all interview about her work. Victoria also stated why Harding was the perfect match for her.

She recounted a particularly vivid event from the previous summer, when the couple was out on a Cubs game, near the end of the conversation.

The couple was alone, sitting at a bar across the field when a few police officers appeared out of nowhere from across the street.

The cops then sweetly requested a photo with the ‘Kitchen Crasher,’ which the husband readily agreed to.

“And Luke says, ‘It’s happening,'” she remarked, laughing.

Her Business Partner’s Disagreement

Unfortunately, the marriage did not continue long after that interview, as her longtime lover, Michael Marks, was reported by People in 2020.

However, the disclosure of her partner was not the article’s main draw. Instead, the narrative focused on her shattered professional relationship with Donovan Eckhardt.

According to the report, Eckhardt was in control of money for the first two seasons of her HGTV show Kitchen Crashers.

Despite having successfully renovated a number of kitchens, she said that by the end of the first season, the show was struggling financially.

The couple was seen battling over a failed loan application in the September 15, 2020, debut of the show, but it was later revealed that the majority of the restoration budget had already been paid out to Eckhardt’s company without her knowledge.

Marks was there for her.

After that, the couple split up, and Victoria told People that she had to deal with a series of settlements that were harsher than the ugliest divorces she’d ever seen.

Fortunately, her lover Marks was at her side to help her put everything back together. Victoria also mentioned that her boyfriend was a professional chef during a house tour with House Beautiful.
