Cara De La Hoyde and Nathan Massey have been married for two years and are still going strong.

Hoyde’s husband turned to Instagram to express himself on the occasion of their second wedding anniversary on June 28, 2021.

With a photo of the couple kissing, Massey captioned the post, “Happy 2 years wedding anniversary to my wife, my right hand, and my best pal.”

The reality star also thanked his Love Island star wife for her contributions to the family, specifically highlighting their son Freddie and daughter Delilah.

He also expressed his intention to spend the rest of his life with her and have more children with her in his open post.

Massey’s sweet letter to his wife and the couple’s anniversary announcement made fans delighted. “I love you two, [the] nicest thing to come out of Love Island is you two, so pleased you are still together happy anniversary,” one fan wrote.

On the same day, Hoyde, who has 1.1 million Instagram followers, posted a 2-minute 15-second video to her page. With Ed Sheeran’s ‘Thinking Out Loud’ playing in the background, the video offers a glimpse into their wedding day.

Parents of two children

Hoyde and Massey have two children, Freddie and Delilah, and are looking forward to having more in the future.

In May 2017, Hoyde revealed she was expecting Massey’s child.

On December 13 of the same year, the couple welcomed their first child, Freddie.

“So today we met the hand we’ll hold forever…so in love, my heart might burst,” the Only Way Is Essex star captioned her first photo with the infant on Instagram.

The couple welcomed their second child, a daughter called Delilah, on July 28, 2020.

“Hi guys, just wanted to let everyone know that Cara delivered our lovely baby daughter this morning,” Massey wrote on Instagram. She’s done a wonderful job.”

Timeline of Hoyde and Massey’s Relationship

After being cast in the second season of the reality show Love Island, Hoyde and Massey first met in 2016.

Because candidates had to be in pairs to stay on the show, the two teamed up in the first episode.

While many couples switched partners, the now-married couple remained steadfast and remained together till the end. They were finally declared season champions.

After that, they moved in together and starred on The Only Way Is Essex as guest stars.

Hoyde and Massey’s relationship also went through a difficult period, and they decided to call it quits in April 2017.

They resumed their romance after Hoyde announced she was pregnant with his child.

On June 28, 2019, the pair exchanged vows in front of family and friends in a covert exotic wedding. And, as they say, the rest is history.
