The part of Jim Halpert, the sardonic nice guy on NBC’s mega-hit TV series The Office, was actor John Krasinski’s big break.
Fans and critics alike adored Krasinski’s portrayal of Halpert, and he received the Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Ensemble in a Comedy Series in 2007 and 2008.

Paul, like his older brother Krasinski, did not pursue a career in medicine. He is the co-founder and CEO of Epicenter Experience. He formerly worked as a strategy consultant and business development at SessionM and as Senior Vice President of Digital Media and Analytics at Arbitron, according to his LinkedIn page.
He went to Brown University for his undergraduate degree before going to Columbia Business School for his master’s degree.

The uncomfortably tall height of Krasinski’s character on The Office was one of the most popular jokes about him. The actor is also quite tall, standing at 6 feet 3 inches. Despite his remarkable height of 6’3, the License to Wed star is noticeably shorter than his brothers.
Krasinski answered the internet’s most sought questions about himself during his appearance on WIRED’s Autocomplete Interview. One of the questions posed to him was whether or not he played basketball. The actor said that he did, but admitted that he wasn’t particularly good at it.
He admitted that he was the shortest in the family, while his brothers were 6’8 and 6’9 inches tall.
