Calais Campbell and his wife Rocio appear to have welcomed a new football player into their household.
Calais Malik Campbell, an American footballer, was the happiest man on the planet when he became a father to a little Campbell in May 2020.
His joy knows no bounds, as the almost one-year-old toddler appears to have taken to baseball like a duck to water.
Junior Campbell is a baseball player.
On May 5, 2020, the athlete and his stunning wife, Rocio Campbell, welcomed a baby boy into their San Marco Condominium.
The couple made it a point to keep the gender of the kid a secret until it was born. Rocio told Jackson Ville that she didn’t see the kid right away, but she could tell Campbell was delighted and excited.
The physicians then placed the baby on her chest, revealing that it was a boy.
When Campbell junior, Dakari Calais Campbell, found out they had a son, he doubled his father’s excitement.
As the NFL athlete has become a parent, it appears that he wants to start teaching his son football as soon as possible!
The adorable Dakari was spotted holding a mini-football in one of his recent Instagram images from February 9, 2021. “I think we could have a QB on our hands!!!” said the caption on the photo. “You’re holding the ball like a pro!”
Even his followers were convinced by his caption and showered him with love and support in the comments section. One user said, “First-round pick in the 2042 draft!” while another wrote, “Born player!” Just the right grip.”
Campbell tied the knot with his long-time girlfriend.
Calais and Rocio had been dating for quite some time before they decided to take their relationship to the next level. The pair married on the beach at Princeville Resort on July 8, 2017.
In September 2017, Rocio shared the happy news on Instagram with a photo of her wedding. While the sportsman was dressed in a dark grey suit, his better half wore a white wedding gown and veil against a beach scene and looked stunning. “Once upon a time, I met the love of my life,” she said in the post. And now I’m in the middle of a fairytale.”
Rocio is a professional engineer; nevertheless, after marrying, she became active with her husband’s charity, The Charles Richard Campbell Foundation.
The foundation’s main goal is to teach and train young people in “essential life skills,” such as money management and vocational training.
