Relationship History of Daniel Negreanu
Negreanu has dated a lot of ladies in the past. Additionally, he was not only dating but also briefly married.
Lori Lin Weber, a woman from Michigan, and had a brief marriage. Within two years of getting married, he and Lori divorced.
Negreanu blogged about the cause of his divorce from his wife in November 2007. Trying to make his Lori into someone she was not was a mistake, he realized. In admitting guilt, he even argued that the divorce was the best course of action for him and Lori because they remained close friends.
Negreanu dated Krisztina Polgar, the reigning Hungarian beauty queen, as well as Evelyn Ng, a fellow professional poker player when their marriage broke down. However, the connection didn’t develop any further.
Instead, it was revealed that he was seeing Royal Tease Hair and Makeup stylist Marissa Rachelle Rodney in Las Vegas in 2014.
The same year, the pair had met at a welfare charity event. They continued their relationship by spending Valentine’s Day 2018 in Las Vegas. They both posted pictures of the lovely moment on Instagram. Her partner of Negreanu claimed that it was her best Valentine’s Day ever.

However, their romance quickly came to an end, and Negreanu shared the news on his blog in late June 2018.
He blamed incompatibility in their relationship as the cause of their breakup.
Negreanu briefly dated Amanda Leatherman, a poker hostess, before getting together with Marissa Rachelle Rodney.
The two broke up since their relationship at the time didn’t work. In an interview with the Spportbladet Poker in 2014, the poker champion even admitted that the breakup caused him to experience a crisis.
But the split only served to deepen their relationship.
In 2018, Negreanu and Amanda reconnected, and they began dating. Thankfully, the Toronto native wasted no time this time and popped the question to Leatherman in January 2019.
On May 17, 2019, four months after becoming engaged, the couple exchanged vows at the Terranea Resort in Rancho Palos Verdes, California.
For the ceremony, Negreanu wore a blue suit, while his wife wore a white wedding gown with a V-neck lace pattern.

On July 26, 1974, Negreanu was born in Toronto, Canada to parents Constantin and Annie Negreanu. At the age of sixteen, Daniel found a love for poker, gambling, and pool hustles.
He attended Pineway Public Middle School in North York, but he left to pursue a career in poker at casinos and charitable organizations.
Rookie To Year’s Best Poker Player
Negreanu relocated to Las Vegas to pursue his poker-playing aspirations. He developed a pattern where he would win at poker in Toronto and lose at poker in Las Vegas.
He persisted, though, and in 1997 thanks to his tenacity, he won the World Poker Final. He was recognized as the top player overall.
His career’s best year to date was 2004 when he made 11 final tables and took home a remarkable amount of cash.
He received awards in 2004 for “2004 Card Player Player of the Year” and “2004 WSOP Player of the Year.”
His cumulative live tournament earnings as of 2020 were more than $42,053,305. However, in the Doug Polk vs. Daniel Negreanu Challenge in February 2021, he was defeated by another poker player, Doug Polk, and lost around $1.2 million.
Promotes the Gay Community
Daniel is a vocal advocate for homosexual rights and was inducted into the Poker Hall of Fame in 2014. In July 2012, a Twitter user questioned him about his sexual orientation. He just replied that he wasn’t gay and that he was a strong supporter of gay rights.
Negreanu later supported LGBT rights by saying that homosexuality was not a sin in August 2012. In addition, he claimed that God created everyone equally, regardless of sexual orientation.
