Jeh graduated from Columbia Legal School in 1982 and began his professional career at the law firm of Sullivan & Cromwell shortly after. Jeh, called ‘Jay,’ got his name after his father met Tuskegee Airman, a Liberian leader, in 1930.
Jeh joined the legal firm Paul, Weiss, Rifkind & Garrison at the age of 34. He’s been in and out of private practice since then, and he’s now back at Paul Weiss. In 2018, he was awarded the Ronald Reagan Peace Through Strength Award, according to wiki.
