Wiz Khalifa’s Ascension to Stardom
In 2006, he published his debut album, Show and Prove, and in 2007 he signed with Warner Bros. Records.

The record was the lead single from his third studio album, and it stayed at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 chart for a long time.
Following that, he released blockbuster rap albums such as O.N.I.F.C. (2012) and Blacc Hollywood (2014), which established him as a household name in the hip hop and pop music worlds.
The musician was also tapped to develop and record the Fast and Furious 7 soundtrack. He made his breakthrough with the song ‘Go Hard or Go Home,’ which he co-wrote with rapper Iggy Azalea, before being known for the song ‘See You Again,’ which he co-wrote with singer Charlie Puth.
The latter was a homage to late actor Paul Walker, and it reached No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart.
