Getting Divorced
Kevin’s marriage to Jane, on the other hand, did not survive long, and they divorced in October 2015, after sixteen years of marriage. Jane filed for divorce from her estranged husband, Kevin, a year after their separation, alleging irreconcilable differences. In addition, the divorce was formalized the following year, in December 2017.
The previously married couple agreed to joint legal and physical custody in their divorce arrangement. They also created “nesting arrangements,” which meant that the kids stayed in the family home while she and her ex-partner alternated visits in and out. This concluded before the year 2018.

When it came to alimony, Jane Parker’s ex-husband paid $22,400 in child support and $65,096 in spousal support per month. He also had to cover the costs of the children. Child support requirements were stopped when the children reached the age of 18. Jane, on the other hand, received an additional $12,147 each month in spousal support for the next four years.
In addition, Kevin McKidd’s ex-wife received 20% of whatever earnings he earned. She got to keep their Chevy Volt, and both of them got to keep one of their residences. The former couple did, however, share ownership of a third Malibu house.
