Jennie Garth has consistently been involved in the lives of her daughters. She recently disclosed that she even designed the prom dress for her daughter Lola.
On June 2, 2021, the former star of Beverly Hills 90210 published an Instagram post showcasing her sewing prowess to her platform’s 880,000 followers.
Her daughter’s prom gown was made by Garth.
The picture in the post showed the stunning 18-year-old posing with a man who appeared to be her prom date. He was known only by the Instagram account “@gabebregman,” which hid his real name.
Lola was captured on camera wearing a lovely black strapless gown and the ideal black heels. Her neckline was ornamented with a spectacular necklace, and her blonde hair was flowing freely. Of course, her corsage was necessary for the prom outfit to be complete.
Her date was a handsome young man dressed in a smart suit over a timeless white shirt and matching tapered black pants. His appeal was only enhanced by his intentionally unruly hair and green tie.
A proud daughter and a proud mother
If it wasn’t obvious from the pictures, Garth was also beaming with pride in the captions that were right next to them.
She stated that she intended to construct her own prom dress in her essay about how Lola approached her. Garth, though, immediately understood what she meant when she said, “Mom, I want you to design my prom dress.”
Being the modest person she is, Garth admitted that sewing wasn’t her forte but that she still managed to put what she did together. She went on to say that she was pleased with her kid for wanting a handcrafted dress. Added she,
Garth has three children.
Along with Lola, Garth and her ex-husband Peter Facinelli are parents to Luca, 23, and Fiona, 14. From 2001 through 2013, Garth and Facinelli were married.
Garth discussed her experience raising three children who would eventually become young adults in an interview with People, saying that it “is absolutely not for the faint of heart.”
Her role as a mother had changed from chasing her daughters about all day to using more subdued cues to guide them in the correct direction now that they were no longer young children who need constant attention.

She had come to the realization that finishing being a parent was like reaching the horizon, despite the fact that there were times when she felt like her work was done.
Later in the interview, she said that she was a “very cool” mom to her girls and that they could all hang out together.
Even so, Garth discovered that it was quite simple to clash with her children. Garth claimed that Luca, Lola, and Fiona would act as if it were the end of the world if she simply breathed incorrectly.
