Tim Meadows is an American actor, comedian, and playwright best known for his long-running role as a cast member of NBC’s renowned comedy show Saturday Night Live.

Meadows appeared in the sketch comedy and variety show as Leon Phelps, The Ladies Man, and Lionel Osbourne for ten seasons.

Meadows received a Primetime Emmy nomination for Outstanding Writing for a Variety Series in 1993.
