On June 25, 2018, they attended the Shell/Pro Football Alumni Community Awards Gala at Shadow Lakes. Former football player received a lifetime achievement award. The pair gave $5,000 afterward.
The next day, June 26, 2018, the pair attended a pleasant event at Chicago’s Misericordia Home, where they again displayed their generosity.
The TV pundit also heads Gridiron Greats Assistance Fund, a non-profit that helps retired NFL players and their families.
