Michael Rady, a Melrose Place resident, fell in love with his wife-to-be, Rachael Kemery, while still in school in Philadelphia. They were both students at Saint Joseph’s Preparatory School.

Their pure fairytale of a love story reached the engagement milestone back in 2009 when the actor proposed to her while they were in bed at around 2 a.m. on July 23. Also, yay! It was a spur-of-the-moment choice.

It appears that everything happened so quickly that he didn’t even have time to buy his fiancée a ring to officiate the engagement.

Despite the hurried engagement, their relationship has progressed significantly since then, with the couple marrying and starting a family. Ellington, August, Olive June, and Maisie Iris are Rady’s four adorable children with his wife Kemery.

Rady and Kemery married on May 22, 2010, less than a year after their engagement, and have been happily married for well over a decade, as the actor proudly proclaims on his social media accounts.

While the actor does not go out of his way to talk about his family and personal life in front of the camera, he has made it a point to keep his adoring fans up to date on his family life via Instagram.

Every now and then, the actor posts a message of gratitude to his children. He posted a slideshow of photos on his page to commemorate his sons’ third and fifth birthdays. And, before you ask, his two older boys do have the same birthday.

The carousel of photos began with the adoring father carrying his two sons on either side of him as the three went for a walk in the woods. The cute brothers were either beaming dazzling smiles at the camera or simply fainting out from exhaustion in the following photographs. The captions that accompanied the photos gave fans a glimpse into the loving father’s mind.

Rady honored his baby girl’s first birthday with yet another Instagram update, this time with a slideshow of photos. The post’s highlights were the cute toddler’s piercing blue eyes gazing at the camera.

The star afterward praised his “brave strong” wife for delivering their tiny bundle of joy into the world in the subtitles. He also described his daughter as “contagiously entertaining” and considered himself fortunate to be a dad as the caption came to an end.

Rady, on the other hand, was yet to taste the delight of becoming a parent for the fourth time at the time. It wasn’t until December 2020 that he crumbled under the pressure of becoming a father of four, or more likely, that he chose to tell his fans about it.

He had received yet another gorgeous baby girl into the Rody tribe by April 2021. He announced the arrival of the family’s newest member using Instagram to break the news. Rody fell in love for the second time.
