However, speculations have surfaced that the 41-year-old actor has found himself a new partner barely two months after his purportedly peaceful breakup.

Segel Is Supposedly Dating Once More

Famous Instagram gossip page Deux Moi recently responded to a follower who claimed to be interested in Segel’s “new lady.” Moi’s reply confirmed that she had heard Segel was dating a newcomer to LA from the East Coast.

She also revealed that the mysterious woman had met him in Ojai and was not an industry member.

These proactive disclosures should be treated with a grain of salt, given that the allegations on the gossip page managed by an unidentified lady are user-submitted and not fact-checked. She has earned the title “The Internet’s Best Gossip” from reliable publications like Elle.

Unbeknownst to many, the How I Met Your Mother actor relocated to Ojai while he and Mixter were still dating to “deprogram” his Los Angeles lifestyle and lead a low-key life.

The actor stated he had initially rented an orange grove to study a book while getting ready for a movie he was doing during an interview on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.

He ultimately decided to settle down there permanently because he appreciated being away from the bustle of the city. He asserted that he was content to be there.

The relationship ended in April 2021.

Segel and Mixter, who had been dating, revealed their breakup in a touching Instagram post on her page. The post included a sweet photo of the ex-couple leaning on one other and gazing into the camera while wearing casual clothing.

The 42-year-old artist acknowledged that the pair had transformed one other on an “intense level” after writing that it was a picture of their most incredible friends in the description.

Mixter continued, “I never thought our friendship would become so strong.” She wrote,

Segel and Mixter started dating in December 2013, but they kept it private for the first three years of their relationship. Only in 2016 did the two publicly acknowledge their relationship when they shared a red carpet at a gala organized by Sean Penn.
