Tate Martell’s mother once used Twitter to accuse model Kiki Passo of obstructing her son’s dreams of playing football.
Fans of American football quarterback Tate Martell were dismayed to learn that he had chosen to take an enigmatic leave of absence from the University of Miami back in November 2019.
Many blamed Kiki Passo, an Instagram model who also happened to be his girlfriend at the time, for his second departure from the University as soon as the news began to spread.
Fans weren’t the only ones to criticize the Brazilian model on Twitter; Tafi Martell, Martell’s mother, also did so. Tafi stated in another tweet that she hadn’t spoken to her son in days.
Kiki Passo and Tate Martell are not dating.
Martell and Passo don’t appear to be dating right now. Additionally, all of the images of them together have been removed from each of their Instagram accounts.
Further evidence that the model has moved past her connection with the 23-year-old footballer comes from social media posts the model shared with tennis star Tommy Paul.
In a January 2021 Instagram post, Passo was seen around Paul and kissing him on the cheeks. Paul kissed her in another image from the same post as she sat on his lap.
Martell hasn’t recently been seen with any women, which is concerning. According to his Instagram posts, he has been focusing more on his game and training than anything else.
He expressed his desire to become the person his family, friends, city, and team all want him to be in an Instagram video.
The Riot on Twitter
Martell’s mother tweeted on November 28, 2019, a few days before Martell declared his ineligibility for the University of Miami, that Passo was a terrible guy.
On December 3, Tafi posted on Twitter once more to encourage users to help her son get in touch with his family as the football player hadn’t done so.
After Tafi shared those specifics on social media, media outlets and Martell’s supporters began tagging Passo and making assumptions about whether or not she was the cause of his disappearance. One admirer said, “If this young lady is pressuring him to skip football, it’s quite sad. He spent his entire life working toward this chance. I hope everything works out for the best.”
In a flash, Passo replied to that fan’s tweet. She pushed him to continue when Martell had previously lost his job and revealed that all the rumors swirling about him weren’t real. He also highlighted that she “wholeheartedly” trusted him and thought he had a promising future.
A thread was added to the model’s tweet by the sports and entertainment publication Busted Coverage, asking her to clarify the circumstances surrounding their breakup. Tweeted the publication, “Is there a grudge between you and Mrs. Martell, Kiki? If you can, clear the room.” Fans of American football quarterback Tate Martell were dismayed to learn that he had chosen to take an enigmatic leave of absence from the University of Miami back in November 2019.
