Ross’s goal was to use Muay-Thai to get notoriety in the combat sport. Carano encouraged him and kept him company during his training because she was a devoted girlfriend. To control her weight, she also began working out with him.

Carano dated Kit Cope, a fellow mixed martial artist, after her breakup with Ross. Only after they split up in 2007 did the relationship between the two come to light.
Cope revealed he had an intimate footage of the Deadpool actress during a radio appearance in 2009. Later, he explained to MMA Mania that he didn’t have such a video and that it was only a joke.
She began dating The Witcher actor Henry Cavill in 2012.
Just before their breakup in the summer of 2013, the couple made their red carpet debut at the 2013 Critics’ Choice Movie Awards.
They got back together in October 2013 and split up in December of the following year.

2015: reconciled with Kevin Ross
On the fourteenth anniversary of their initial meeting, the Dallas native and Ross reconciled in June 2015. But after dating for six months, they decided to get together.
Since the announcement, the couple hasn’t held back from showing their affection for one another on Instagram.
Ross wrote a touching tribute to Carano on May 29, 2019, detailing how her entrance altered his life. Despite all the ups and downs, he admitted that she was a continual source of inspiration and light in his life.
On July 2020, Carano also published a birthday message for her partner, thanking him for his contribution to her career. She complimented him for never giving up on her and claimed that he had faith in her when no one else did.

On April 16, 2021, her 39th birthday, Ross shared a photo of the two of them together and referred to her as the “brightest shining light” while using a black heart emoji.
