Robin Meade’s future husband initially spotted her in a college in Ohio once upon a time. The moment he saw her, he knew she was the one for him. By some holy insight, his heartbeat, his breathing slowed, and he knew she was the one for him.
Let’s fast forward two decades and a half: Robin and her husband have been married for 25 years and still chat about each other like two excited teenagers.
Robin Meade, an Ohio native, is best known for hosting HLN’s Morning Express with Robin Meade since 2005.

Robin was born in New London, Ohio, on April 21, 1969, and attended New London High School.
She continued her education at Malone University before transferring to Ashland University to acquire a bachelor’s degree in programming and performance.
In a recent CNN interview, Robin said that her family, notably her father, had to grow up in poverty, which has made her more empathetic to the plight of the poor.
Robin Meade has been a part of HLN for about 17 years.
Robin began her journalism career as a reporter for Mansfield, Ohio’s WMFD-TV. She eventually moved to Florida to work as an anchor for WSVN-Today TV, where she also served as a noon anchor and a health reporter.
She then worked as an anchor for NBC Chicago affiliate WMAQ-TV, where she even covered the 1996 Summer Olympics.
In 2001, Robin started working for HLN, a CNN-owned cable network based in Atlanta. She even hosted the station’s coverage of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2003.
On weekday mornings, Robin co-hosts HLN’s Morning Express with Robin Meade with Bob Van Dillen, Mike Galanos, and Jennifer Westhoven.
Her book, Morning Sunshine! : How to Radiate Confidence and Feel It Too, debuted in the section of the New York Times Best Seller list in 2009.
Her Husband’s Romance with Her HLN Show Comes to an End; Friday Nights Saves Her Relationship
In addition to her job at HLN, Robin’s marriage is a long-term commitment in her life. Robin’s husband, Tim Yeager, and she have been married for nearly 24 years. In fact, they will be celebrating their silver jubilee in a few days, on November 6th.
The two have been seen together at a number of events.
Through the ups and downs of their marriage, they have remained steadfast. Their busy work schedules have had no effect on their lovely relationship.
Morning anchoring (her five-hour-plus 6 a.m. HLN show, Morning Express With Robin Meade) necessitates juggling her professional and personal obligations.
She has less time for romance in her personal life as a result of her situation.
She discussed her and her husband’s demanding professional schedules in the Your Tango interview, noting that her busy work schedule kept her relationship with her busy husband fresh. “She stated,” she said.
Despite their challenges with work-life balance, the couple managed to maintain a good outlook despite their lack of time.
Not only that, but despite her rigorous schedule – she worked as a reporter and anchor in Cleveland, Columbus, Ohio, Miami, and Chicago before landing at the CNN Center in Atlanta – they were able to sort out their marriage.
Despite the fact that Robin and Tim have been married for 24 years, there has never been any media coverage of their children. Their cat and two dogs currently live with them in Atlanta.
Robin’s marriage is one of the few that seems more like a fairy tale than a true narrative. It had everything a fairy tale should have: first love, a bed of flowers, growing old together, and, most importantly, love that hadn’t faded after a quarter-century.
