Chris Jacobs, a television personality, has been active on the silver screen for several years. In 2004, he got his big break with the television show Overhaulin’. He is currently the host of TLC’s Long Lost Family, which began on March 6, 2016.

Chris grew up in the northern suburbs of Chicago, where he was born on January 30, 1970. He has two sisters and three brothers. His family information, on the other hand, is considered holy and private.

Chris suggested to his fans in an Instagram post that he was adopted but still has a close relationship with his birth mother.

In a December 2017 interview with LifeStyle, he revealed that he was adopted at the age of 22 months and attempted to reconcile with his original mother at the age of 22. He also talked about how much he misses his late father, who died on March 26, 2014.

He went to New Trier High School and subsequently Cranbrook School in Winnetka, Illinois. He later relocated to California and enrolled at Whitter College, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in English. He earned his law degree from Western State University.

Chris proposes to his girlfriend, but she’s already married?

Chris Jacob, a well-known Chicagoan, was selected to throw out the first pitch at a Chicago Cubs game during the 2016 MLB season. Not only did he throw the pitch in front of almost 40,000 people at the stadium, but he also proposed to his girlfriend, Ivy Teves, in front of millions of viewers at home.

He got down on his knees and popped the ring out, leaving his future bride and all the watchers across the world speechless.

Chris dropped down on one knee and proposed to Ivy with a 1 1/2 carat princess cut diamond, and she said yes. She detailed the frenzied proposal in a 2016 interview with the Chicago Tribune, saying:
