Bam Margera is happily married to Nicole Boyd and has a son named Phoenix Wolf Margera. The three-person family appears to be in good spirits, and they frequently post pictures of themselves on social media.

Margera’s family, on the other hand, was not always so joyful. He had struggled with alcohol and substance abuse for a long time, and his addiction was ripping his family apart.

The MTV star claimed he had seen 28 doctors and gone through four rehabs without success before seeking help from Dr. Phil.

Margera and Boyd paid a visit to Dr. Phil for a taping of an August 2019 episode in which he detailed various instances and issues in their rocky relationship.

The three sat down for a three-hour conversation, during which Margera’s mother, April Margera, joined them for a while.

When Margera first approached Dr. Phil for assistance, he stated that he was willing to listen to whatever the doctor had to say. Following the session, he went to his fifth rehab at the request of the TV celebrity.

Margera and Boyd married on October 5, 2013, during the Random Hero Festival in Reykjavik, Iceland, in a rock n roll themed ceremony.

His wedding outfit, like most of his career as a Jackass star, was unorthodox – a black sweatshirt and shades.

Following the death of Margera’s close friend Ryan Dunn in 2011, the stunt performer’s alcoholism had worsened, and he was spotted in many drunken outbursts.

He had a similar experience in 2009 when he was admitted to the hospital for numerous days of excessive drinking.

His alcoholism and substance misuse began to cause complications in his marriage. Margera reportedly spent a night in a Finnish drunk tank after an altercation with Boyd, according to TMZ.

Outside the Sea Horse, a historic restaurant in Helsinki, the Jackass star was detained. Witnesses stated things were growing hot between Margera and his wife before the police arrested him at 11 p.m., according to the tabloid.

As his alcohol and drug problems worsened, their relationship deteriorated further. In 2019, he reached out to Dr. Phil via Instagram and requested assistance. Margera seemed to be doing much better following the session and is back on track with his life.

Missy Rothstein was Margera’s first wife.

Boyd was married to model Missy Rothstein before Margera met him. On February 3, 2007, the two exchanged vows. Bam’s Unholy Union, a 2007 reality show, chronicles their marriage.

On November 1, 2012, Margera and Rothstein’s six-year marriage came to an end.
