With her husband, TV personality Josh Duggar, former 19 Kids and Counting actress Anna Duggar is expecting her seventh child, a daughter.
Duggar has maintained her lovely appearance while leading the hectic life of a mom thanks to an interesting weight loss journey.
The Amazing Physical Transformation of Anna Duggar
On April 15, 2019, the TLC star posed alongside her sister-in-law, Jana, to showcase her trim figure, drawing a lot of attention from her followers.
Her incredible transformation left fans speechless, and they remarked on how much younger-looking she appeared compared to her true age thanks to her weight loss.
“Why doesn’t this resemble Anna? Haha!! She appears to be in high school! “a follower said. “Not at all a negative thing.”
Another follower said that Duggar was her biggest fitness motivation and that she was thinking about setting similar fitness objectives to her own.
“Anna appears to have lost weight as a result of her constant walking. It’s time to begin the 50-mile challenge!”
To lose weight, Anna Duggar walked 50 miles.
Mama Duggar had created a social media challenge, asking the contestants to walk 50 miles in the following month, a few months before to the post, where she had declared her wish to adopt a healthy lifestyle.
Several of our friends started diets, made fitness resolutions, and resolved to attempt to make some changes in the new year. I used the ‘busy mom’ justification,” she said to her Instagram followers.
Even after that, she encouraged all of her fans to participate in the challenge by using the hashtag #February50.
She informed her fans at the start of February that she was walking two to three kilometers every day.
She wrote to her Instagram followers, “The accountability will drive me to keep going and not to quit!”
She told her followers at the end of the month that she had reached the 50-mile mark and had even walked an additional 5 miles beyond her initial target.
She wrote, “Now on to March – hope to walk another 50 kilometers.”
Inside the Lives of a Six-Child Mother
Although she was barely a youngster, the TLC veteran met her husband Josh at a Christian homeschooling convention in 2006.
On the occasion of his girlfriend’s 20th birthday, Josh got down on one knee.
Josh Gets Engaged, an episode of 17 Kids and Counting, and YouTube both showed the proposal.
As part of the TLC series 19 Kids and Counting, the couple exchanged vows at Buford Grove Baptist Church in Hillard, Florida in 2009
The couple announced their first child’s impending arrival on April 13, 2009. Six children—Maryella Hope, Mason Garrett, Meredith Grace, Marcus Anthony, Michael James, and Mackynzie Renee—have been born to them since their union. The arrival of number seven was also recently announced.
