Eddie Hall, a British strongman, was born in Staffordshire, England, on January 15, 1988. He triumphed in the 2017 World’s Strongest Man competition for the sixth time in a row.
He has also held titles such as UK’s Strongest Man and Britain’s Strongest Man, winning both tournaments multiple times.
Eddie Hall’s Professional Life
Hall has been involved in bodybuilding since he was a child. Hall learned to swim at the age of five from his mother, who was a swimming instructor at the time.
Around the age of ten, Hall won the National Swimming Championship and set numerous swimming records. However, he quickly began to experience anxiety attacks and sadness.
Hall’s mental health issues would make it impossible for him to continue swimming.
His mom, however, recommended he join a gym after two years of mental health struggles.

After his initial visit to the gym, Hall never looked back.
By the age of 19, he had developed into a monstrous figure. Around this time, he decided to pursue a career as a strongman.
But, before being crowned 2017 World’s Strongest Man, Hall would continue to dominate the UK’s Strongest Man competition, winning the tournament back-to-back between 2011 and 2016.
In addition, from 2014 to 2018, Hall dominated Britain’s Strongest Man, winning the competition five times in a row.
Eddie Hall’s Daily Routine and Diet
According to his wife Alexandra, the large guy requires six meals every day. As a result, his daily calorie need is estimated to be 7,000 calories.
According to the Stoke Sentinel, Hall’s daily diet consists of chicken, eggs, steak, rice, and vegetables, which provide him with his daily carbohydrate and protein requirements. His wife follows her husband’s daily meal regimen.
Hall’s wife goes on to say that her husband “doesn’t eat normal-sized meals” and that his meals must be presented “on a platter because there’s too much food to fit on a plate.” Alexandra recently told her Instagram followers that she cooks at least one new meal every day in order to improve her cooking skills.
When he trains particularly hard, the strongman claims to spend £300 ($829) each week on meals.
The fitness enthusiast spends most of his time lifting weights, swimming, jogging, and boxing, in addition to managing time for naps and food.
An Inside Look At His Wife And Children
Hall is married to Alexandra, a British businesswoman who operates a thriving barbershop when she isn’t looking after the former world’s strongest athlete. The couple has two children, a son, and a daughter.
Hall refers to his long-term wife as his “rock” and his “total everything” in a recent Instagram post. He also attributes his “driven and ambitious” nature to her.
